Field Sales Representative
We are looking for individuals who are sales-minded hunters, results-oriented and have a proven track record with improving revenue results and also who will be equipped to prospect and acquire new customers.
About the Role:
As a Field Sales Representative you will be representing InnSys, by going door-to-door selling Internet and Home Phone services to residential and business users. Maximize the conversion rate on company-provided leads while leveraging existing internal sources to identify new sources of opportunities for sales.
- Represent InnSys in the promotion and sales of Internet and Phone services while in the field and at special events
- Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques
- Present the services and educate potential customers on InnSys offerings
- Conduct customer follow-up as per the sales process
- Post-installation follow-up
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers in an effort to generate referral business
- Assist in the development of strategies that minimize the competitive threat, retain existing customers and increase revenue
- Obtain and provide local market intelligence and feedback to the Sales group
- Document and submit sales orders on a timely basis for input into our database

Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for taking calls from customers, answering frequently asked questions, entering customer information into an in-house system and entering certain information through Excel and putting together reports. Our Consultants are relationship builders and as a result, the ability to communicate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide superior customer service when handling incoming calls.
- Listen to customers, analyze their needs and offer adapted solutions.
- Promote Internet, Home Phone Services and Long Distance packages
- Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues.
- Identify customers need for additional services.
- Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or higher
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings and weekends

Technical Service Representative
We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented and enjoys solving problems both imaginatively and resourcefully.
Responsibilities:
- Passionately provide technical support and build rapport with a variety of customers and their changing technical requirements;
- Handle inquiries about repair, replacement, technical problem resolution and connectivity;
- Analyze issues with telecommunication equipment and/or devices and associated desktop software;
- Troubleshoot the required resolution; including device functionality, device configuration, application support, software downloads, network connectivity by escalating internal and vendor issues;
- Complete accurate transactions with a sense of urgency and an eye for detail;
- Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues;
- Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end;
- Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance;
Qualifications:
- Have a Post-secondary education in a computer-related environment or comparable work experience;
- Bilingual in Tamil and English is an asset
- Have previous experience within a technical help desk and/or networked environment and/or customer service (preferably in a call center environment);
- Possess strong diagnostic skills with a background in Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows XP;
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings and weekends
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Have excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask (type and talk, type and listen);
- Are able to work in a fast-paced, automated environment, and adapt to an evolving environment;
- Possess strong computer proficiency including experience using MS Windows (2000 & XP) operating systems;
